‘Glueable’ films are those which allow the application of glues / adhesives on their surface after the lamination process so that the laminated paper can be bonded to another paper surface or film. This is commonly used for production of cardboard boxes and cases where one edge of the die cut sheet needs to be adhered to the other edge using flaps.

HOT MELT is a term used for adhesives made from polymers and they are solid at room temperature. HOT MELT adhesives require neither water nor solvents, which means that they have a very quick curing time and are highly versatile for use at different temperatures.
